Who is Community Spark?

Our Values

We Saw A Need

Community Spark Solutions was established in 2024 by Kenyana D. Weaver, MPH, and M.P., BASC, who are two seasoned professionals with a combined experience of over eight years in community health, engagement, outreach, healthcare marketing, and strategic partnerships. The foundation for this partnership was laid in 2023 when Kenyana and M.P. met at a coalition meeting in Conyers, GA. As community partners through their respective employers, they found common ground in their passion for enhancing community health and experienced a seamless collaboration. They noticed a significant disconnect between organizations and the underserved communities they intended to assist. This observation led them to conceive a company that could fill this void, using their collective expertise to promote health equity more effectively. The turning point for actualizing this concept occurred in 2024 when Kenyana lost her corporate job. Viewing this as an opportunity, she revisited the partnership idea with M.P. they took the initiative to form Community Spark Solutions. Merging Kenyana’s public health knowledge with M.P.’s acumen in healthcare marketing and community outreach, they founded a distinctive enterprise to enable organizations to launch successful community health programs. Their mission is to act as an essential conduit between their clients and underserved groups, fostering significant improvements in community health outcomes.
